~What is a Trunk Show?

Trunk Shows started out with a designer arriving at thestore carrying a trunk filled with his/her most recent designs.  This enabled the customer to see and try on the creations of that particular designer.  Today the designer sends us the samples of the gowns which allows our customers to have those same opportunities.  The dresses are at the store for only a short time and then sent to their next destination. 

Decorah's Northeast Iowa Bridal Show

Every year Bridal Productions Inc. hosts Decorah's

Northeast Iowa Bridal Show on the third Saturday of

January.  This year's date was January 16th 2010. 

It is held at the Center of Faith and Life on the Luther

College Campus. Up to forty local exhibitors are on site.

They include reception sites, DJ's, caterers,

photographers, jewelers, and florists to name a few. 

Highlight of the day is the bridal style show.  It not

only features the newest wedding gowns, bridesmaid and

mother's dresses, and tuxes, but also includes

entertainment and prizes.  The grand prize winner in

2010 went home with a 3 night "Fun-filled Cruise for

Two!"  If you are planning a wedding, this is one show

you don't want to miss!
